The London Bridge Schools Fund
2023-24

The Team London Bridge Schools Fund aims to increase accessibility for pupils from Southwark schools to visit the cultural attractions based in the London Bridge BID area and Medi-Culture District. We know that in these challenging times schools may struggle to fund out of school visits. We recognise the importance for Southwark’s young people connecting with leading cultural attractions that can complement the educational curriculum in a creative way.

Are you eligible for funding?

The Schools Fund is available to any Primary and Secondary publicly funded school based in Southwark.

Amount available & additional criteria

The applicant school can access the maximum amount of £200 to help with the costs of their trip.

In order to maximise the spread across the borough, to begin with we are limiting this to one grant per school. However, if there will is funding left available, we may consider applications from the same school for multiple year groups, on a case-by-case basis. There is a total of £5,000 available through the Schools Fund in 2023/24, meaning 25 schools can benefit this academic year.
